Monday morning and we both slept in! I think it had something to do with all of that fresh air and exercise that happened yesterday. We had already decided that we were going to have a bit of a R and R day and prepare for the next part of our journey but it did end up as a R and S day instead.
As the next part of the journey will take us through Kakadu National Park, we took heed of our previous dilemmas at King Ash Bay and stocked up on alcohol (although we couldn't do that until after 2 this afternoon), made sure we had plenty of groceries and meat and new oil for The Turtle as it was recommended by Turboglide (who installed the turbo) that her oil is to be changed after 5000klms.
A few other bits and pieces were attended to and it was back 'home' to start packing up for tomorrow morning. Not much packing up was done, but tomorrow is another day!
We are not sure what the Telstra coverage is like in Kakadu - if there is some you will be regaled of all of the exciting things and places in the park, if there isn't, well, you will just have to wait for a little while longer!!
Whatever the next week or so brings us, we will be in touch whenever we can.
